Please read our return policy in the Terms and conditions BEFORE you make a purchase. Madame Chic does not charge for refunds if you initially paid by bank transfer. If a 3rd party has accepted your payment a 3% charge will be deducted from your refund eg Paypal etc In addition a further 5% restocking fee will apply to any returns including exchanges.
